I am a frequent traveler to Las Vegas and I have used Showtime many times. ![]() Sorry this got so long, and for those that use Showtime, I hope everything works out well for you. I've made a point to tell everyone I know what happened to me and not to use Showtime. I wasn't happy about it because I had already done the Laughlin tour, and that's not what I signed up for, but knew that was all I would be getting from them. They finally offered me $15.00 per ticket as a refund because they said I was able to participate in most of the tour. How was I to know that I wasn't going to get time to spend in Oatman? I had paid to do all of it. They also said that it was partly my fault because if I had told the driver I would have preferred to stay in Oatman instead of touring the gold mine the bus driver would have dropped me off. They tried to tell me the driver was mixed up because daylight savings time had just ended. If I had been allowed to spend time in Oatman as was advertised, I wouldn't have made such a big deal out of it even though it still wasn't what they had advertised. I feel that I paid $67.50 per person to tour a gold mine as that is the only thing extra we did that the Laughlin people didn't do. Both included the buffet lunch at the Edgewater (my lunch was suppose to be at the gold mine). The people taking the Laughlin trip paid $7.50 per person. My biggest gripe was that I had paid $75.00 per ticket for this tour. Three phone calls from me and several letters later I contacted the BBB. ![]() I called Showtime when we got back to the hotel, and was told someone would get back to me. The bus driver loaded us all back up and drove back to Laughlin where we waited almost 2 hours for the Laughlin people to get back on. The one shop that was still open said she couldn't believe the bus was just brining us there, as the drivers all know what time the stores close. We did tour the gold mine, but when we came back to Oatman all the stores were closing. ![]() Instead we got a ride with the Laughlin people, lunch at the Edgewater, and then we headed to Oatman. Gramsclp: Our tour was advertised as a drive through Oatman to tour a gold mine and have lunch there, then have a couple hours to spend in Oatman shopping.
